We had our 2013, 300 series Mercedes in to have brakes checked. Prior to leaving Cincinnati Ohio, we had the car serviced and were told brakes were getting near changing. After a very difficult drive to Florida my husband was concerned the brakes were not safe. Mr. Randall Hamme was our service advisor and was absolutely outstanding along with the excellent mechanics at Naples Mercedes! Each individual I've selected below is top in their field, extremely knowledgeable about MB and the car industry in general. They each know my needs and can anticipate what's required to delight me with a new car. In addition, they excel in customer service. I would not do business with any other sales people, Tom and Dean are by far the best in their industry.
I attended my first appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Naples about 5 years ago with my wife who has since passed away. Unbeknownst to Daniel Resendez, my wife had over 20 years of experience racing and building cars. She told me he was honest and his prices were fair and that she believed he would take good care of me and the car. Today I stopped by just because the tire pressure showed low and with 20 cars waiting they quickly filled up the air in my tires turned the warning light off, after confirming that all four tires were still in good condition and there were no leaks and everything was fine and sent me on my way... I couldn't be happier with my decision, I'm treated better than a Mercedes-Benz owner...I'm treated like a VIP.
