Lifetime Brake Pad Replacement Program Terms and Conditions
A customer participating in the Lifetime Brake Pad Replacement Program will have Mercedes-Benz brake pads fitted to their vehicle and receive replacement of these pads subject to the following conditions:
- The vehicle must remain registered to and owned by the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- The vehicle must be returned to Mercedes-Benz of Naples for a free brake pad inspection every 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
- The Lifetime Brake Pad Replacement Program is only applicable for private passenger vehicles and excludes commercial vehicles, SLS, SLR and AMG high performance vehicles.
- At the time of fitment, the braking system must be free of any other faults. This may require maintenance or replacing of necessary parts at additional cost.
- The Brake Rotors must be within original manufacturer's specifications.
- Labor for installing Brake Pads is not included.
- Does not extend to any additional parts that may be required to restore the braking system up to roadworthy conditions. i.e. brake sensors, cleaner, paste, rotors, rotor screws, caliper screws etc.
- Does not extend to any labor necessary in installing additional parts.
- Replacement pads will be Mercedes-Benz branded pads.
- The replacement guarantee becomes void if the braking system is serviced or repaired by any other party other than Mercedes-Benz of Naples.
- The replacement guarantee does not cover brake shudder or squealing if the brake pads and or Rotors are within Mercedes-Benz specifications.
- The replacement guarantee is void if the car has been involved in a major collision.
Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (“MBUSA”) warrants the high voltage battery in your vehicle to the original and each subsequent owner for any repairs or replacements necessary to correct defects in material or workmanship, but not design, relating to the battery which may arise after the expiration of the battery life.
